一、简介

欢迎使用《安全视界》（以下简称“本应用”）。我们重视您的隐私与信息安全。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、保护及共享您的信息。请在使用本应用前完整阅读。

二、我们收集的信息

2.1 账号信息（登录）

为提供登录及个性化服务，我们可能收集：手机号、账号名、登录凭证（Token）、用户昵称等。

2.2 自动收集的设备信息

包括设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本号、崩溃日志、网络类型、IP 地址以及设备标识符（例如 Android ID）。用于性能优化、错误诊断和安全校验。

2.3 基于权限收集的信息

  • 定位（Location）：用于巡检位置记录、基于位置的功能；默认不会在后台持续定位，除非你明确开启相关功能并授权。
  • 相机（Camera）：用于拍摄巡检图片、扫码或识别功能。
  • 麦克风（Microphone）：用于语音备注或语音输入功能；未经授权不会录制或上传音频。

2.4 用户主动提供的数据

包括你上传的图片、音频、反馈内容及在使用过程中手动填写的信息。

三、用途

我们会将收集的信息用于：

  • 提供与维护应用功能（登录、定位巡检、拍照、语音输入）；
  • 账号管理与身份验证；
  • 记录巡检数据与工作台账；
  • 优化体验、修复问题与安全风控；
  • 依法合规的情形下配合监管要求。

四、共享与披露

我们不会出售用户个人信息。仅在下述情形共享最小必要信息：

  • 为提供服务的第三方服务商（地图/定位/推送/统计/崩溃分析）；
  • 法律法规、司法或监管部门依法要求时；
  • 企业重组、并购时（会提前或同时告知用户）。

One — Introduction (EN)

Welcome to SecurityVision (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you can make about your information. Please read it carefully before using the App.

Two — Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information (Login)

To provide login and personalized services, we may collect phone number, username, authentication tokens, and display name.

2.2 Automatically Collected Device Data

We may collect device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, network type, IP address, and device identifiers (e.g., Android ID) to improve performance, diagnose issues, and ensure security.

2.3 Permission-based Data

  • Location: Used for inspection location recording and location-based features. We do not continuously track location in background unless explicitly enabled and authorized by you.
  • Camera: Used for taking inspection photos and scanning.
  • Microphone: Used for voice notes or voice input. We will not record or upload audio without your consent.

2.4 Data You Provide

Photos, audio recordings, feedback and other information you submit while using the App.

Three — How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain core App features (login, location-based inspection, camera, voice input);
  • Manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • Record inspection data and operational logs;
  • Improve app performance, fix bugs, and ensure security;
  • Comply with lawful requests from authorities.

Four — Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell your personal information. We only share minimal necessary information in limited scenarios:

  • Third-party service providers (maps, location, analytics, push, crash reporting);
  • When required by law or a valid governmental request;
  • In the event of corporate transactions (we will notify users in such cases).

六、信息存储与安全

Six — Data Storage & Security (EN)

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption, access controls, and audit logs) to protect personal data. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and regulators in accordance with applicable law.

Seven — Minors (EN)

The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are a minor, please use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

Eight — Your Rights (EN)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and to withdraw consent. You may revoke app permissions via your device settings. We will verify requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by law.

Nine — Policy Updates (EN)

We may update this Privacy Policy when features change or laws are updated. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notices or other reasonable means.
